Getting started

  4. Install Nicole AI on your phone On iOS, tap the Share icon in Safari and choose "Add to Home Screen." On Android, tap the menu and choose "Install app."

Troubleshooting

My access code isn't working
Double-check the email you used matches the one in your welcome email, and that the code is entered without extra spaces. If it still fails, email support@itsnicolebrennan.com with the email address on file and we'll help you reset. [NICOLE WRITES THIS]
The chat stopped responding mid-answer
This is usually a temporary network hiccup. Refresh the page and try again. If it keeps happening, let us know — include the approximate time and your email so we can check the logs.
I can't install Nicole AI on my iPhone
Make sure you're using Safari (not Chrome on iOS). Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen, scroll down, and select "Add to Home Screen." On Android, use Chrome and tap the three-dot menu, then "Install app." [NICOLE WRITES THIS]
I want to export my saved copy or conversations
Email support@itsnicolebrennan.com with the subject "Data export" and we'll send you a machine-readable copy of your saved items within 30 days. [NICOLE WRITES THIS]
